I think you didn't read our rules - we accept posts in English or original languages as long as the author provides their own English translation.
I tried to read your text with Google Trans and with some other translators. Unfortunately, it doesn't make sense to me. I don't know if you speak English; if you did, you would surely notice discrepancies with your original thoughts in these translations that only you could correct...

I know his text isn't making any sense in English. But this is a very beautiful piece of literature in urdu. I have asked him for the English translation.
The opening sentence is by a legendary host of a game show "Neelam Ghar" in our country. I can imagine him saying this slogan...It can be translated to:
Greetings to eyes who can see and ears who can listen.
I know the translation sounds super lousy ;)
پیاری میم بلکل یہ بہت مشہور جملہ ہے ۔
جنابِ من طارق عزیز صاحب کا بہت دکھ ہوتا ہے مرحوم کو یاد کر کے۔
میڈم مجھے معاف کیجیے گا دیر سے جواب دینے کیلئے ۔
دراصل لوڈ شیڈنگ کی وجہ سے تاخیر ہوئی ۔
باقی جو ادب اپنی زبان میں بیان۔ کرنے کا مزہ ہے شاید وہ انگلش میں نہ ہو۔
اور ایک بات پیاری میڈم میں ایک شاعر بھی ہوں ۔
ادھر اردو لکھ کر مجھے خوشی ہوتی ہے ۔

I agree with you that literature can be best expressed in our mother tongue, but according to the rules of this hive, you have to provide English translation along with your text.
