People still can take the lesson but just try to join the activities that suit them. Lessons are free to join, you can translate to understand if you are really such an inquisitive student. However, i believe each and every professor has his own rules and i m sure their rules are agreed by the admin.
I understand you perfectly, it's just painful when you are willing but not motivated. Thanks for your time @blurrain.
