How do you want us to learn if you don't grade our assignments on time and give us feedbacks and recommendations so that we use them to do better in our next tasks?

The worst thing is that we are still new to this system so it will be good if we are doing our task then you grade them at once so that we use your feedbacks and recommendations and work better in our next task
