JustSwap - Crypto Academy / S4W5 - Homework Post for @kouba01

in SteemitCryptoAcademy3 years ago

Hi guys, welcome to a new week at steemit crypto academy. Today I'll be making a post about JustSwap. This post is my homework submitted to the professor @kouba01.

Present the Just Swap platform in your own way, demonstrating its importance within the Tron ecosystem blockchain.

Justswap is a decentralized exchange and automated liquidity provider that was built on the basis of the Tron Blockchain. Tron is founded by Justin Sun in the year 2017 and the ecosystem has shown very good growth so far. Tron ecosystem offers Proof of Stake (PoS), Smart contract functionality, High-scalability, High-availability & Fast transaction, Low fees. It was exclusively designed to transfer Tron blockchain TRC20 tokens. It is the fastest way to transfer TRC-20 tokens in the decentralized exchange. In Just Swap, the Conversion between any two tokens depending on system pricing is simple. All trading fees received will be paid directly to the protocol's liquidity providers instead of the protocol itself which makes sure to provides complete decentralization as well as security.

JUST is an organization that launched to Swap and developing TRON-based DeFi technologies bringing the bridge between the Tron network and the Defi(DeFi projects such as Carrot.finance, Pearl.finance, and Salmon.finance have all been launched on the Tron blockchain) projects. Additionally, decentralized projects do not rely on one central server but rather multiple nodes. So in the event that one node is down, the others will still be operational. The issue of downtime, accordingly, is eliminated as the platform is always up and running. Traders can access the exchange any time of the day and perform their transactions. So no worry about the downtime or system maintenance each and every order executed within an instant which employs the greatest advantage of it.

  • Just Swap is based on a smart contract that was created on the Tron blockchain and it is capable of delivering high-quality decentralized apps with Maximum liquidity, Transactions Speed, Open-source Method, ROI High Returns. TRON allows third-party DApps projects to be implemented on the network, so any third party can implement DApps projects on this decentralized platform. This is a great opportunity for Dapps project creators

  • Transactions on this platform are much less risky, as these transactions have a multi-layer verification confirmation level through smart contracts. Due to which the transactions are executed through smart contracts which is an additional security system. Transactions on the justSwap platform are embedded in smart contracts, which guarantee its users a trustworthy platform and ensure they can transact.

  • Justswap has the ultimate purpose of swapping the token that's what its name indicates. Here is the screenshot that appears when you open the site justswap.io and it was the easy and user-friendly easily understandable user interface. You can just select the currency which you need to swap and output the needed token from and to the section and click hit Swap button will provide you the service.

  • In order to provide liquidity on the Exchange, we need to select two TRC20 tokens like TRX+JST and one can get gain on their capital also you can get your money back from the Liquidity Pool anytime. This is the best thing for Tron Hodler to get Capital gain on their long-term investment.

What tokens does JustSwap support trading? How is the price of a JustSwap token determined?

JustSwap supports all the Tron blockchain tokens as it was built on the Tron ecosystem.

According to the Coinmarketcap here is the list of tokens available to swap on the justswap exchange. Lets we move into the price determination part of homework.

Just Swap is an automated liquidity supplying protocol. There is no need to make offers or match orders, and no centralized are required to involve in the transaction. Each and every order are placed as a smart contract. These smart-contract maintains a constant function: x*y=k, in which x = token1, y = token2, k = a constant number which I mentioned in the above image. This means that when a token swap is made, an equivalent number of tokens is replaced by another one because of the above smart contract equation. Now, this will lead to the determination of pricing relative to this.

How do I connect my wallet to JustSwap.io? Is there a mobile app?

The following screenshot will help to connect the wallet into justswap. Yes, we have a mobile application and I did my below tutorial with mobile application only.

Step 1:- Click on DISCOVER which is in the bottom corner.

Now we can perform the swap action and liquidity providing on our mobile application itself from the following procedures.

Include a real example of your interaction with Just Swap, demonstrate how you can trade on the platform.

Here in this demonstration, I am going to swap the 0.8 USDT to TRX tokens. I have 1 USDT in my wallet although I made 0.8 for the reason of liquidity fees. We can't swap the entire amount we need at least the minimum amount in the wallet to perform swap action.

Enter the Input token and output required token. Here I chose USDT as input and TRX as output. After that click Swap.

Swap click will bring us to this page. We need to approve the transaction and click Sign to approve.

9.png
Next step You were requested to confirm swap finally. After clicking Confirm Swap

You can see this swap completed screen if you didn't get mean you have to reduce the input quantity as I entered 0.8 although I have 1.

Include a real example of your interaction with Just Swap, explain How to add liquidity to JustSwap.

Here we have a Pool section in that we can able to add liquidity by clicking add liquidity button as I mentioned in the screenshot.

I am really sorry for this, I didn't have enough funds to add to the liquidity pool. Although I will explain to you When we increase TRX liquidity and an equal amount of USDT increases too in the pool. You can see other details as well how much gain we will get after providing the liquidity. Once we done with the pool ratio we can click on Supply Button to proceed further.

On the next screen, we can see Successfully added to the liquidity. That's how we can add to the liquidity pool.

Conclusion

I need to thank professor @kouba01 for the wonderful lesson. Justswap is the decentralized exchange where we have no KYC verification or centralized authority. Both traders and liquidity providers will get a great benefit from it. It is a decentralized platform, and hence has high security and maintains the integrity of transaction data. There are no intermediaries as traders are directly linked to assets that are made available by other traders through their contribution to the pool of liquidity on the platform.

Thank you

My review :

Good content in which you tried to implement what you were asked to explain in your own way. Here are some notes I give you.

  • I would have liked you to have prepared an explanation of how tokens are worth in your way, so that the interpretations will be more diverse.

Thanks again for your effort, and we look forward to reading your next work.
Sincerely,@kouba01
