What is ICO

Initial coin offering from its name is the selling of coins to raise capital to execute a project. It's digital fundraising for a project by offering new cryptocurrencies. These coins are called token which is then sold to investors to raise capital. This token can then be digital money as the project grows in the network. Ethereum is the highest leading blockchain platform for ICO with more than 70% market share.

What is IEO

Initial Exchange Offering is also a fundraising system, but this time will need a crypto exchange platform to raise the fund. For and an investor to invest in IEO projects, he needs to be an e user of a crypto exchange platform.

Difference between ICO and IEO

• Transparency
  The fact that anyone can lunch ICO allows scammers the chance to get away with assets owned by investors. Launching an ICO, you are not obliged to give the company details to the public. All you need is to publish a whitepaper and maybe create a website.
  While IEO, company details of the project are disclosed to the public. The project team is made known, and identities verify. So you can see it will extremely difficult for fraudsters to use IEO.

• Third-Party
  ICO does not allow the control of the crypto exchange platforms. IEO is controlled by the crypto exchange platform. the crypto exchange platform goes through the details and picks the one they are sure to market demand will be high. Users can only invest in IEO tokens that are listed on the crypto exchange platform.

• Decentralization
  This is the backbone of cryptography, and having a third party managing the process of IEO means putting us in a centralized system. Crypto exchange platforms with higher reputations will have a huge number of users to raise funds. This aspect is difficult for ICO since it not manage on an exchange platform.

Advantages and disadvantages of ICO

Let start with the disadvantages.

• Fraudsters
  This is the main setback to ICO, as investors need to put in all efforts to investigate and profiles the project team. Many investors get to lost their money because of negligence to check if the team is experienced or even know what they have on their whitepaper.
• Accountability
  Most ICO depend on the investors to put their money to run the expected projects. It is difficult to determine at the beginning if investors will have a high return. So very possible that investors will not have the expected return back. So looking at past projects run by the set team is important before investing. Always put into consideration their reputation of the team.
• Volatile
  This is an aspect in blockchain where many investors turn to minimize. Due to the many challenges affecting the crypto market, investors forget that prices will always fluctuate. You can't predict asset price changes, so investors need to always be on guard

Advantages

• Accessibility
  All ICO transactions are done online, and it easy to audit, and trace transactions. The white pepper always has details of the problem they want to solve. The details of the team and road map of the project
• Digital
  Then less traditional transactions such as the use of stock, and bonds. This turns to take a lot of time and resources too. ICO relies solely on blockchain technology which is more secure and can execute many transactions in a second.
• High return
  Most ICO starts at a low value and increased their values with time. One of the reasons is because the innovation ICO projects come with making investors put in their assets.

ARNO

This project token will be open for sale by the end of this year 2021.

What is ARNO

ARNO is a nanotechnology project for the production of secondary energy sources for industries and home users. This solution will be base on carbon nanomaterials to produce lead-acid battery cells.
They are many battery technologies like sodium-sulfur, lithium-ion lead-acid, etc. Introducing carbon lead acid will work hard to meet demand. So many advantages to the life span of both the negative and positive electrodes of a battery when carbon-based materials are added.

ARNO token was created in August 2020, the token is hosted on the Etherum network. You can buy the ARNO token with ETH, BTC, LTC, DOGE, DASH tokens.
The ARNO project seems very bight to me following the details on the whitepaper. The project is looking toward the direction of hybrid cars.

I will not say much about the team, because I don't much about their past projects. ARNO project is headed by Artem A. Zhdanok, who is a Belarus. The ARNO company is based in Belarus. On the team list, we have Ludmila Y. Lopatina as head of PR and marketing, Serguei V. Shuskov, Samuel Aguirre with verified social media accounts.
