I am trying my best to give chance to everyone who is giving equal efforts, hope this can be understood.

Oh! I see. Yes this is very understandable. It's fair to rotate the 'Top 3' posts among people who are putting in efforts.

However, I'll like to suggest that this should be stated somewhere in the post. This is because when one says 'Top', it's understood as the best, and if that be the case, it has to be the best, irrespective of how many times they may appear. For one thing, it takes a lot of consistent effort to always be the best.

I'll suggest that the title be changed from 'Top 3' to 'Selected 3' and a statement, stating the reasons behind their selection be given to properly inform the participants and all who may care to read. This will make people who put in much effort weekly to not be discouraged.

I sincerely hope you understand my argument and suggestion.
