Wow awesome job dear fellow you have done a good job in explaining the STO and in understanding it deeply and in a great way.
You are right that in the initial coin offerings funds are raised by giving the coins to others but I don't think them secure because many ICOs has resulted to be fraudulent.
But on the other hand if we see STOs these are more secure and regulated than other coin offerings because it regulated by the government laws and rules and regulations.
While launching an STO many things should be kept in mind because it needs to see a lot of factors to see before launching any sto. More I will give information in my article about this thing and I hope you will check that surely.
