Litecoin is one of the oldest blockchain technology, it nearly as old as bitcoin cryptocurrency. Litecoin is a decentralized money and a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency or digital currency that assist in transfering coins without any central authority. Litecoin cryptocurrency is based on the model of bitcoin cryptocurrency.It was invented as cryptocurrency to introduce easy transactions between persons and erase ambiguous things found in the litecoin blockchain and it also enables immediate, near zero cost payment to any person in the world.It enables individual to have control over their money, it is characterized with faster transactions. As an open source software projects it gives individual the power to run, modify, copy the software and distribute. It is capable of handling higher transactions, and new blocks are formed every 2.5 minutes.
Many people are going towards the direction of investing into litecoin cryptocurrency because it has proven over time to be a very good investment, it has given signals that are technical and fundamental strength. Another one in particular which has captured the mind of individuals and that is" ERTHEREUM"
Ethereum is an open source digital currency that enables smart contracts and distributed applications(DAPPS) and to be built and run without any control, fraud from any third party. It runs a decentralized application and a decentralized finance and having rose to the second largest cryptocurrency in the world by market capitalization behind bitcoin even though it is practically younger than litecoin, which was launched in 2015

The current price of Litecoin is about $261.73 USD with a volume of about $13,586,101,583 USD. There was a little drop in Litecoin to 19.99% in the last 24h. The present or current CoinMarketCap ranking is ranking 9, which has a a live market cap of about $17,470,810,966 USD. It also has been having a supply of about 66,752,415 LTC coins with a max supply of about 84,000,000 LTC coins.
While from the chart above we can see that the current price of the Ethereum is $2142.79 which is significantly larger than that of the Litecoin with a volume of about 56.14 billion and market cap of about$247.52 billion. This just shows that the market value of the Ethereum is far more larger than that of LITECOIN
