Homework Guidelines

We are keen to ensure that all contributions to the Steemit Crypto Academy are of as high a standard as possible.

While the Crypto Professors may set specific requirements for some of their homework tasks we would suggest all students follow these basic guidelines…

  • Title the post with the format - Your Title - Crypto Academy / S5W6 - Homework Post for [name of Crypto Professor]
  • Homework posts should be at least 300 words
  • All work should be your own - plagiarism will not be tolerated
  • Any graphs, screenshots, quotes etc used from other sources should be fully referenced
  • Any images used should be from copyright-free sources and fully referenced
  • Homework posts should include the tag #cryptoacademy and the tag specifically required for each homework task in the first five tags. Posts should also include a tag for your country.
  • Tag the relevant Crypto Professor to help them find your homework post.

--

For Season 5 only people actively, and successfully, participating in #club5050 (or higher) will be eligible to take part in the Crypto Academy homework tasks.

To take part in #club5050 you must be powering up at least 50% of your earnings, and over the previous 30 days, any cash-outs or transfers must be matched by equal or greater power-ups.

You must also not be powering down, nor using any vote buying or bid-bot services, nor delegating to any ‘investment services’ or bid-bots.

PLEASE NOTE - we reserve the right to reduce the vote of anyone not following the rules of #club5050 correctly, so make sure you are familiar with the requirements and check your balances with https://steemworld.org/transfer-search.

Anyone doing #club75 or #club100 may receive additional votes from @steemcurator01, although these votes are not guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE - To take part in the Academy you must have powered up a minimum of 150 STEEM in the past month.

Please make sure you send your homework posts into the Crypto-Academy community…

Homework posts should be submitted no later than 11.59pm UTC, on Saturday, December 25th, 2021.

Please check each Professor’s post carefully for any special instructions they have given for their homework task. Once you have completed your homework post make sure you leave a link on the Professor’s post to ensure they see it.

Following all these guidelines carefully will help you gain higher vote rewards for your homework posts.

The Crypto Professors will be on the lookout for plagiarism, content farming and other forms of abuse.

Anyone found doing any of these will risk being banned from the Crypto Academy.

We hope you are all enjoying Season 5 of the Crypto Academy.

There may be tweaks as the weeks progress. Make sure you check @steemitblog regularly for any changes to the rules.

Please note that as we are in the midst of the Steemit Awards, and as the new year celebration period is coming up, there will be no changes for the Communities Support Program in January. The communities who have been receiving voting support from the @booming accounts in December will continue to receive the same support in January.

Thank you

Merry Christmas !!

The TRON foundation is expected to be dissolved in 2022. How will this affect Steemit? Are you going to do an update on this?

What decentralized systems means is that users of the same decentralized system are the owners of it. Nobody can take this ownership of this system from us. Even if the CEO Justin Sun resigns from the TRON Foundation some new guy may adopt his legacy and continue from there.

The best example of a successful community run decentralized blockchain system is Hive. They never needed anybody else and we too don't need a person to run this ecosystem. We are the system and we will achieve the greater heights we deserve.

Merry Christmas !!

How can you be so sure about that, the blockchain you mentioned is decentralized ?

We all don't. But we can make it. A few days back, the server was down for the steem api so the website could not be loaded in the browser because the steemit.com does not give you options to choose the server node.

Suddenly it strike me that we do not have the option even though we have the best blockchain to work with. Just because we are not united enough our market cap is also not high enough.

There are so many things that I want to share here but, will surely make a post in a few hours regarding this. Please do follow, I have some really cool ideas and information to share with all the people.

Very good question, greetings friend. I hope they give information about it soon.

How do you get followers or traffic on here??

Thank you so much for this great opportunity for all Steemit users.
As always we continue to translate the post each week for our community.
Here is the link.

Hello @steemitblog sir if anyone have not earned 150 steem in last month , is he eligible for academy or not.

Greetings, this answer to your previous question, and the investigations that you carry out if you do not have the 150steem of the previous month you will not be able to participate.

I can not get you can you explain it properly sir

@alexcarlos according to the rules posted in the academy, all people who want to participate must place 150Pw in their possession. if you can not get them you must deposit them from outside. this rule to me in general I do not like it because it limits many users to actively participate in the academy. therefore we see great decrease in the community. something that I asked several questions and did not get any answers from those in charge.

This is not a good rule , as people who didn't earn 150 in past month where from they will get it.
I think this rule has negative impression on community.
Powering up 50% of earning in month is good. We are even ready to power up our 100% earning.
I think @steemitblog should focus on this.

That's true brother the rule is not been fair at all

I think @steemitblog sir should focus on this as soon as possible

Yes you are right

The club5050 is really hard and we don't even earn as much as we powerup.

The reward system is small compared to the power up requirements and it's forcing everyone to power down.

Please let the club5050 be lifted. The academy is no longer a joyful learning.

We power up more than we earn. Especially for those who made a bulk power and need to renew the bulk powerup every month

Another set of courses opened to the students that have met the criterion of participation for the levels. And congratulations to the communities who are going to continue enjoying support throughout December and January .
Thanks for the update.

@steemitblog and @steemcurator01 thank you for keeping the support in January. This is a joyful update!
