Hello Everyone,

Thank you to all for joining the Third Season and 6th week Of Steemit Crypto Academy and Participated In The Homework Task.

All homework task with the correct tag #stream4u-s3week6 has been reviewed now and rechecked to confirmed no one is missed.

Total 125 homework Tasks received for Homework Task The Blockchain under the tag #stream4u-s3week6.

This post is to summarise the last week's Homework Task, The BLOCKCHAIN.

Summarise homework task includes General thoughts, Feedback, Suggestions.

Summary For The Homework Task The BLOCKCHAIN.

Very first, it was mentioned always in a course post to use the correct tag, now please note that you use the correct Tag in your Homework Task, we check the Homework Task in sequence, let's assume you created Task on the second day which means on Tuesday but the incorrect tag was used, here your task will not be listed with other tasks. While checking the task we passed Tuesday and also Wednesday, you believe that Professor has not visited yet, and then you realize that the tag was incorrect which you correct later on. After correcting the Tag the Task will list under 2 days wherein we are actually on the 4th-day tasks.

Here it is possible that your task will remain unreviewed or even later it is reviewed still there is a chance that the task will expire.

Last week couple of users used incorrect tags so please check tags correctly, after the published post click on a tag and check whether your task is listed under a correct tag or not.

Plagiarism tasks have been detected last week while reviewing the homework task due to being copied from other sources and also because of not properly quoted/citing. The provided Review and Grade will not change later on hence before the Professor visits your Tasks please make sure you have quoted/citing the content if they are from other sources.

The rest of the Tasks are very good entries I will say because the presentation has improved, the level of exploring the topics is also improved.

Except for Plagiarism Tasks if we talk about the other entries so It can be seen now that the users are doing proper research and study before presenting the task which providing Quality Contents, good to see that.

The Homework task was not hard and we guess you enjoyed especially in the Practical section. Really the practical which you did and accordingly explain it with theory, that was really great. But obviously, you mention Theory as per your Practical understanding, but still, the majority of users failed to explain the key point in Blockchain, there was a question in which you have to explain how Blocks Hashes Work in Blockchain, what will happen when any middle of the block gets changed.

Some users explained the first part very well which is how Blocks Hashes Work and only a few users did explain the second part with a key point which is "what will happen when any middle of the block gets changed?". Let's see in very short how it is.

So here if you have seen more closely then you will also find that the person is not allowed to change Hash directly, and to give valid hash Nonce value need to change accordingly, so what is Nonce?

A nonce is basically a short form of "Number Only Used Once" OR "Number Used Once", Value in Nonce is generated for only a particular use, in Cryptographic we say it is used to produce the result after checking the data, the result means the valid Hash value.

The majority of users have not explained what is Nonce which is one of the key points in this, further as we know that whether the size of the input in the Data section the result means the Hash value will always come in a fixed length, this is another key point and many users have also not explained this will proper practical in which you could try to show by adding the small and large data. However, many users did well here.

Now let's see with multiple Blocks in a Blockchain.

We know that the previous block hash and the new Block hash will never same. But still, as a part of research in Practical, no one has tried to see what if we use the same data in different Blocks.

So data is the same but it is in different blocks and the Mining process has checked the previous has, further it has searched for a new nonce that produces valid hash for the same data but on a different block. The Data is the same but in filed in two different Blocks, the mining process has given us different Nonce values with different but Valid hash values for the same data.

Block: 2
Data: Hi
Nonce: 40792
Hash: 0000a9bb9b00b9c377caabf971dd53ac8cbc307da7b98b203dd66bbed4cc34f2

Block: 3
Data: Hi
Nonce: 159299
Hash: 000009f9bd67b0851e2d4d2f63b9002825a6028bfb418da607fb480c9f382b60

Further, you all explained everything perfect in Blockchain like Green, Red, then you add data in Block and observed that the Block Hash changed and also Hash value changed in all next Blocks, like below.

so after practical the important things that we understood here, in blockchain if data is modified in any middle of the Block then the Hash value will get changed for the block in which data gets modified, and also Hash Value will get changed for all next blocks, so here not only Re-Mine the block on which data modified but also all Blocks that comes next to it need to be Re-Mine which mean entire Blockchain will require to Re-mine.

Further, in the type of Blockchain, many users have explained well with a negative-positive view in each type and the majority has just explained it like definition, so kindly improve here the level of exploring the topic, try tp provide all possible details.
