You need The Amor of God to withstands Devil

The Devil has the ability to fight man and he only does this to the persons that are ignorant of the word of God. To fight and resist devil you need the word of God, that is why the bible said ephesians 6: 11-12 paraphrased

""11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."

That is to say it is not ib our power to fight devil but by the power of tge word and that word is jesus..
