Friend, that is Jesus Christ certainly if you put your gaze towards him your spiritual eyes will be able to open and you will be able to find rest in him

So says the bible in the next verse

Many people live their life behind the back of God because they have a veil in their eyes that does not allow them to see the greatness and mercy of God but when suffering comes problems, afflictions realize that they need their creator and they look for him and the veil is removed, then they receive hope and new strength
