¡FRIEND OF GOD!
That is why the purest friendship we can have is when we recognize God as that faithful and true friend.
In the bible we find people who were a friend of God "according to the bible, we can say that Jesus had twelve friends who were: Peter, Andrew, James, John, Philip Bartholomew, Thomas, Matthew, James, son of Alpheus, Thaddeus, Simon, Judas Iscariot" however some betrayed Jesus and others that are not mentioned in this group and were friends with friends because they worshiped and obeyed God in everything as was the case with Abraham, God called Abraham "my friend" we also see the strong The friendship that David had with God was one of the great worshipers of the Lord, Job was obedient to God in everything and this made him a friend of God, Paul became a friend of God when he had an encounter with him and left everything for love of God.
In the same way, many women became friends of God by abandoning their past lives and beginning to live a new life in obedience and intimacy with God, among them the following are mentioned: Marta, María and María Magdalena
Certainly this is what friendship with God consists of when we obey his word and leave behind everything that separates us from him
Many people have misinterpreted the verse that I mention below because they have come to believe that if we are friends of God we should not deal with anything in the world and this is not really the true explanation of this context
The apostle Santiago explains it this way:
James 4: 4
O adulterous souls! Do you not know that the friendship of the world is enmity against God? Anyone, then, who wants to be a friend of the world, constitutes himself an enemy of God.

This means that friendship with God is enmity with the world because natural people who do not intimidate God deliberately practice all kinds of sin without fear and for them nothing is bad, everything is good, because they call bad good now. the good they say bad
In this order of ideas, friendship with God seems crazy to them because someone who constitutes himself a friend of God becomes an enemy of the world and this does not mean that it is with people but with the attitudes or anti-values they practice because if we are friends of God no longer practices things that dishonor God, we are a new creature and we begin to do new things by hating what God hates and that previously seemed good to us, the true friend loves and gives his life for that friendship and if our friendship is with God obviously we are going to please him in everything with our attitude and our actions as Jesus did to show his love for us
You can become a friend of God it is not difficult at all you just have to intimidate him remember that friends interact, speak and cultivate their friendship through the relationship of respect and harmony
Currently the friend we need is Jesus Christ, our savior and faithful friend
