Desde muy chicos es muy importante desarrollar el liderazgo en los niños, el Ajedrez es una disciplina que ayuda a formarse como líderes, despierta la competitividad sana, la disciplina , la organización y la solución de problemas.
Mover una pieza correctamente es clave para solucionar un problema, puede marcar la diferencia entre el Exito o no de un proyecto o una sencilla tarea. El aprendizaje del ajedrez involucra concentración, análisis, trabajo en equipo y fortalece la agilidad mental.
Se requiere de un excelente maestro de ajedrez que guíe a su equipo con los conocimientos impartidos a su mayor punto de desarrollo personal e intelectual evaluando continuamente su nivel de rendimiento en esta disciplina, para cultivar el buen hábito y lograr niños Exitosos no solo en el ajedrez sino en sus estudios y en su vida cotidiana.
Desde 2012 en Rotary Lecheria el Morro, Distrito 4370 ubicada en Lecheria, Venezuela, fomentamos el Ajedrez como parte de la Educación y Liderazgo que impartimos a los niños de nuestra ciudad.

Since 2012 in Rotary Lecheria el Morro, District 4370 located in Lecheria, Venezuela, we have promoted Chess as part of the Education and Leadership that we impart to the children of our city.
Contamos con un aliado muy importante como lo es el maestro nacional de ajedrez Pablo Acuña Monteverde, Director de la Academia Amigos Ajedrecistas de Anzoátegui, líder en competencias nacionales e internacionales, excelente profesor y buen amigo de nuestro club.
En nuestra sede de Rotary Lecheria El Morro, en conjunto con el Profesor Pablo Acuña hemos organizado y realizado distintos Torneos Infantiles y Juveniles libres, intercolegiales, con carácter Nacional e Internacional.
We have a very important ally such as the national chess teacher Pablo Acuña Monteverde, Director of the Academia Amigos Ajedrecistas de Anzoátegui, leader in national and international competitions, excellent teacher and good friend of our club.
At our Rotary Lecheria El Morro headquarters, together with Professor Pablo Acuña, we have organized and held various free, intercollegiate, National and International Tournaments for Children and Youth.
Es importante resaltar el apoyo de la Asociación Estadal de Ajedrez, de colegios, entrenadores de distintos clubes, patrocinadores de empresas privadas y especialmente el apoyo de los padres y representantes.
Los torneos se han extendido a torneos playeros, en salones de hoteles, colegios y muy emotivamente se ha dictado clases a los niños con cáncer recluidos en Hospital de Niños de Barcelona, Estado Anzoátegui.
It is important to highlight the support of the State Chess Association, schools, coaches from different clubs, sponsors of private companies and especially the support of parents and representatives.
The tournaments have been extended to beach tournaments, in hotel salons, schools and very emotionally classes have been given to children with cancer incarcerated in the Children's Hospital of Barcelona, Anzoátegui State.
Tenemos como meta abrir una Academia de Ajedrez en nuestro club para los niños de la comunidad y aportar valores a nuestros niños y jóvenes para hacerlos ciudadanos de bien, invitamos a la comunidad HeartChurch para que sean participes de este proyecto.
Con este propósito debemos fijarnos en la infancia de Jesus, que demostro su futuro liderazgo ante los doctores de la ley, tal como se refleja en el evangelio. Se hace necesario desarrollar en los niños sus talentos y habilidades orientandolos en actividades que les permitan lograr un crecimiento intelectual y espiritual.
41 Los padres de Jesús subían todos los años a Jerusalén para la fiesta de la Pascua. 42 Cuando cumplió doce años, fueron allá según era la costumbre. 43 Terminada la fiesta, emprendieron el viaje de regreso, pero el niño Jesús se había quedado en Jerusalén, sin que sus padres se dieran cuenta. 44 Ellos, pensando que él estaba entre el grupo de viajeros, hicieron un día de camino mientras lo buscaban entre los parientes y conocidos. 45 Al no encontrarlo, volvieron a Jerusalén en busca de él. 46 Al cabo de tres días lo encontraron en el templo, sentado entre los maestros, escuchándolos y haciéndoles preguntas. 47 Todos los que le oían se asombraban de su inteligencia y de sus respuestas. 48 Cuando lo vieron sus padres, se quedaron admirados.
—Hijo, ¿por qué te has portado así con nosotros? —le dijo su madre—. ¡Mira que tu padre y yo te hemos estado buscando angustiados!
49 —¿Por qué me buscaban? ¿No sabían que tengo que estar en la casa[a] de mi Padre?
50 Pero ellos no entendieron lo que les decía.
51 Así que Jesús bajó con sus padres a Nazaret y vivió sujeto a ellos. Pero su madre conservaba todas estas cosas en el corazón. 52 Jesús siguió creciendo en sabiduría y estatura, y cada vez más gozaba del favor de Dios y de toda la gente. (Lucas 2:41-52)
Just as Jesus in his childhood demonstrated his future leadership before the doctors of the law, as reflected in the gospel. 41 Every year Jesus’ parents went to Jerusalem for the Festival of the Passover. 42 When he was twelve years old, they went up to the festival, according to the custom. 43 After the festival was over, while his parents were returning home, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem, but they were unaware of it. 44 Thinking he was in their company, they traveled on for a day. Then they began looking for him among their relatives and friends. 45 When they did not find him, they went back to Jerusalem to look for him. 46 After three days they found him in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions. 47 Everyone who heard him was amazed at his understanding and his answers. 48 When his parents saw him, they were astonished. His mother said to him, “Son, why have you treated us like this? Your father and I have been anxiously searching for you.”
49 “Why were you searching for me?” he asked. “Didn’t you know I had to be in my Father’s house?” 50 But they did not understand what he was saying to them.
51 Then he went down to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them. But his mother treasured all these things in her heart. 52 And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man. (Luke 2:41-52)
