Pero estos momentos son los que te ayudaran a crecer, a convertirte en una persona capaz de afrontar cualquier situación. Pero no todos salen airosos de este valle, pues algunos tienen o encuentran fortaleza pero otros mueren en el intento.

Siempre cuando nos encontramos aquí esperamos que Dios haga algo a nuestro favor y la situación cambie, pero mientras eso sucede debemos estar firmes para soportar ese camino.

Cuando alguien se dispone a hacer una travesía y no sabe cuánto tiempo de camino tardará, hará su provisión para ese camino, agua, comida, juegos de recreación y hasta medicinas por si algún tipo de malestar aparece.

En el caso del valle espiritual debemos asirnos de todo esto para cruzar y llegar firmes al otro lado, quizás con marcas del camino, pero que no impidan disfrutar de la llegada .

Tú comida para ese camino será la palabra de Dios, nunca te canses de leerla, ni de llevarla a la práctica, pues será el alimento de tu espíritu, el agua que debes beber es Jesús, y no tendrás sed jamás, el Espíritu Santo será tu consolador, la medicina para las heridas que te cause esa travesía, y tu alegría en ese momento, tú recreación, tu juego, es tu familia, tus amigos, la gente que te ama y te apoya a pesar de cualquier circunstancia.

Para cruzar está etapa de la vida debes tener en cuenta estos factores:

Fe: cuando una situación adversa llega y nos encontramos de manos atadas, lo único que puedes hacer para cambiar esto es recurrir a la fuente donde encontrarás el oportuno socorro, necesitas llenarte de fe, sin dudar, así todo parezca perdido, siempre hay algo que Dios puede hacer por nosotros.

Fortaleza: esa fortaleza que necesitas solo puedes adquirirla de Dios, por medio de su palabra, a través de su Santo Espíritu, muchas veces decimos no se cómo he aguantado esto o aquello, pero es Dios fortaleciéndonos cada día A través de su palabra para que nuestra fe vaya en sin deteriorarse.

Esperanza:nunca debes resignarte, cada día debes levantarte creyendo que ese es el día que Dios hizo para librarte, y si no sucede nada ese día, la fe y la fortaleza te mantendrán a salvo para el otro, en que si conocerás el milagro que Dios tiene para ti, vive cada día esperando tu milagro, aunque no lo veas, no dudes, porque Dios hizo un día para ti, para cambiar esa situación que estás pasando.

Aunque sea difícil vivirlo, a veces el desierto se hizo para que lo atravesáramos, tu milagro te está esperando en el punto de llegada, pero nosotros esperamos que Dios haga algo a mitad del camino, y esto a veces no sucede, pues ese desierto es el camino que tienes que cruzar para alcanzar lo que tanto has anhelado.

Quizás tú desierto hoy sea financiero, de salud, o hayas perdido a alguien que amabas, pero recuerda que todo esto es parte del proceso que conocemos como vida, la vida siempre tendrá momentos donde estaremos llenos de felicidad y también momentos de tristeza, pero para todo esto, la fe, la esperanza y mucha fortaleza es la solución.

No podemos cambiar esa situación como si fuéramos el genio de la lámpara, pero si podemos atravesarla con sabiduría para salir de ella y encaminarnos a nuevas vivencias.

It is common knowledge and experience that at some point in life we will cross a desert that no matter how much we would like to have some kind of plan to cross it we will never be prepared, because we do not know what life may present to us.

But these moments are the ones that will help you grow, to become a person capable of facing any situation. But not everyone comes out of this valley unscathed, because some have or find strength but others die in the attempt.

Always when we find ourselves here we hope that God will do something in our favor and the situation will change, but while that happens we must be firm to endure this journey.

When someone sets out on a journey and does not know how long the journey will take, he will make his provision for that journey, water, food, recreational games and even medicines in case some kind of discomfort appears.

In the case of the spiritual valley we must hold on to all this to cross and arrive firmly to the other side, perhaps with marks of the road, but that do not prevent us from enjoying the arrival.

Your food for that road will be the word of God, never get tired of reading it, nor of putting it into practice, because it will be the food of your spirit, the water you must drink is Jesus, and you will never be thirsty, the Holy Spirit will be your comforter, the medicine for the wounds that this crossing causes you, and your joy at that moment, your recreation, your game, is your family, your friends, the people who love you and support you in spite of any circumstance.

To cross this stage of life you must take into account these factors:**

Faith: when an adverse situation arrives and we find our hands tied, the only thing you can do to change this is to turn to the source where you will find timely help, you need to fill yourself with faith, without doubting, even if everything seems lost, there is always something that God can do for us.

Strength: that strength that you need can only be acquired from God, through his word, through his Holy Spirit, many times we say I don't know how I have endured this or that, but it is God strengthening us every day through his word so that our faith goes on without deteriorating.

Hope:you should never resign yourself, every day you should wake up believing that this is the day that God made to deliver you, and if nothing happens that day, faith and strength will keep you safe for the other day, when you will know the miracle that God has for you, live every day waiting for your miracle, even if you do not see it, do not doubt, because God made a day for you, to change the situation you are going through.

Although it is difficult to live it, sometimes the desert was made for us to cross it, your miracle is waiting for you at the point of arrival, but we expect God to do something in the middle of the road, and this sometimes does not happen, because that desert is the road you have to cross to achieve what you have longed for.

Maybe your desert today is financial, health, or you have lost someone you loved, but remember that all this is part of the process that we know as life, life will always have moments where we will be full of happiness and also moments of sadness, but for all this, faith, hope and a lot of strength is the solution.

We cannot change that situation as if we were the genie of the lamp, but we can go through it with wisdom to get out of it and move towards new experiences.
