Installation of 1.1KVA solar in my shop

Yesterday I started the installation of 1KVA solar installation at my shop though it was a little late in the evening. But I completed the installation today.

The system is a 12v system that would power all my lighting points and light samples. I thought of using something lower, but I considered all the fancy dropping chandeliers that I would sample in the shop. These items needs sufficient power to run them.

Running a system like this in the shop would also serve as a great advert to customers.

The components I used?

The components I used are listed below with their ratings..

The installation process

I started with the mou ting of solar panels as you can see from the first picture. I use a rooftop installation. That's where we have good amount of sun at that position. And it's also economical in a sense.., solar installers would understand the reason I said so.

I didn't climb the roof by myself, someone did while I gave the instructions on what to do. I supervised the roof mounting of panels.

After mounting the panels, I checked the output of the panels and they were okay. Atleast they still gave me a good voltage.

Started connecting the battery, inverter and the charge controller.

And there is something I want to mention here for any beginner reading this.

When you are installing a solar. You would need to connect the battery first to the charge controller before connecting the panels to the charge controller.

I had a very terrible experience during my early year of installation 😀, I'll talk about it someday, not today.

However, just note that you need to connect it as I mentioned above.

In 4 hours time, the installation was done and guess what happened next? There was light!

Perhaps, wire placement looks a little bit scattered...right? Don't worry, I have a plans and the reason why I did that...😊

But the goodnews is that, it was working perfectly.

I powered everywhere and there was light.

And by the way, this is the inside of my shop. You are now seeing it stocked with goods. Do you like the lighting colours of the interior? All these is powered by the solar I installed.

This was my installation day. Now everything is set, I am now counting hours to the D-day which is tomorrow.

Steem solar & electricals would be running live from tomorrow. The cards above is my complimentary card.

Just before I sleep now, I would like to mention the designer of Steem solar & electricals logo. I have seen many guess work from friends, unfortunately, nobody got it right 😀.

Steem solar & electricals logo was specially designed to me by @irawandedy from Indonesia voluntarily over a year ago and I owe him that recognition for that support. It was a gift to support my new idea.

I would like to use this opportunity to thank you so much for the support and also happy to inform you that this logo would be popular in the city of Uyo, Nigeria, I am so grateful.

That little dream of mine would become a reality starting tomorrow.

I need to sleep now against tomorrow...., more details coming up after the launch ceremony.

Did you missed the previous updates?

Thank you for mentioning me here, even though I just wanted this logo designed by a mysterious user indefinitely.

This gift is a form of my support for the business you are running and you will definitely remember the long discussions about this program from the start.

I actually don't want to be known, but just want to be remembered and be a mystery on this platform.

I wish you success and propose to your lover soon.

Thank you very much.

Just very soon 😀

Dear Sir,
Your 1.1 KVA inverter solar installation process is very commendable. I have read your post several times. I will change my work style after seeing your writing and work. I really learn from your writing and work. Canadian solar panels are the best right now. You do a lot of hard work. Then your solar electrical logo is pretty cool. The logo looks very smart. I am surprised to know that the logo is designed by @irawandedy sir. A very nice logo design. I feel lucky that God introduced me to you. Good luck to you.

Thank you. Your solar educational content is also very interesting. The bottom line is lessons learnt.

Hi Kyrie, thank you

Finally the result is out, I never knew @irawandedy was such a great designer
