Su técnica se percibe en la búsqueda de la proporción y de la perspectiva. Además, de utilizar sus conocimientos sobre la anatomía humana, utilizó muchos detalles arquitectónicos medievales, los colores clásicos renacentistas y una organización del espacio muy racional.

Luego de haber viajado a Italia regresó a su ciudad natal donde fue prolífico en grabados que le proporcionó el piso de su fama en arte clásico. Se debe destacar que incorporó colores brillantes a su obra, que aunado a los estudios anatómicos y a la presencia de los espacios naturales, le dio a su obra más realismo.

Los viajes a Italia siguieron y compartió con varios pintores de la época. También, es relevante mencionar que entre sus mecenas estuvieron el emperador Maximiliano I y Carlos V, y la familia de banqueros Fugger.

El arte de Durero fue tan influente en España, Italia, Holanda y la propia Alemania que su obra transciende hasta nuestros días como un Rembrandt o Goya.

Publicó varios libros basados fundamentalmente en la geometría y medición, que fue su obsesión. También, hizo un gran aporte en cuanto a la proporción humana que fueron publicados en cuatro libros.

Resulta fascinante todas las etapas de este gran pintor pero no los voy a abrumar más con historia del arte. Albrecht Dürer murió en 1528, a la edad de 56 años, en Nüremberg. Su obra puede disfrutarse en Londres, Florencia, Madrid y Alemania, entre otros, en los más importantes museos del mundo.

A continuación les presentaremos tres de sus obras para que usted escoja la que más los motive a escribir. La primera se llama: "Adoración de los Reyes Magos” (1504), la segunda, "La fiesta del Rosario" (1506) y la última, "Adoración de la Santísima Trinidad o Retablo de Todos los Santos" (1511).

For this 78th edition of "Art and Writing" I continued investigating painters who had captured colors and characters on canvas in relation to these dates, hence the guest will be the German painter Albrecht Dürer.

Albrecht Dürer, better known as Albrecht Dürer, was a German painter born in Nuremberg. He is, perhaps, the most important plastic artist of the German Renaissance. Dürer was not only a painter, he also dedicated himself to botany, philosophy and writing. His work inspired other creators of the Baroque movement and even German Expressionism.

His technique is perceived in the search for proportion and perspective. In addition to using his knowledge of human anatomy, he used many medieval architectural details, classic Renaissance colors and a very rational organization of space.

After having traveled to Italy he returned to his hometown where he was prolific in prints which provided him with the floor of fame in classical art. It should be noted that he incorporated bright colors into his work, which, together with anatomical studies and the presence of natural spaces, gave his work more realism.

His trips to Italy continued and he shared with several painters of the time. Also, it is relevant to mention that among his patrons were Emperor Maximilian I and Charles V, and the Fugger banking family.

Dürer's art was so influential in Spain, Italy, Holland and Germany itself that his work transcends to our days like a Rembrandt or Goya.

He published several books based primarily on geometry and measurement, which was his obsession. Also, he made a great contribution regarding the human proportion that were published in four books.

All the stages of this great painter are fascinating, but I am not going to overwhelm you any further with art history. Albrecht Dürer died in 1528, at the age of 56, in Nuremberg. His work can be enjoyed in London, Florence, Madrid and Germany, among others, in the most important museums in the world.

Below we will present three of his works so that you can choose the one that most motivates you to write. The first is called: "Adoration of the Three Wise Men" (1504), the second, "The Feast of the Rosary" (1506) and the last, "Adoration of the Holy Trinity or Altarpiece of All Saints" (1511).
