Sida acuta plant - Resistant to Adverse weather Conditions

Since my infancy I have known "Sida acuta" to one of the hardiest plant, very resistant to everonmental conditions. Even in excessive drought, the plant is able to survive and flourish to its maximum. Though sandy soil is said to be the poorest in terms of nutrients accumulation, but this plant is able to grow well.

I saw some sample to Sida acuta being grown here at the environment, this reminds me of my infant when we use to play with them and dad even use some as a cane to beat us. I have also learnt that the plant has some medicinal values.
