I will be sharing to you guys the best of Cebu.
This is called "Lechon Belly". It is a smaller version of the famous lechon here in the Philippines which started in the late 1920's in Talisay City, Cebu. Since the whole lechon is expensive, Filipinos created a smaller version to make it less expensive.
