The Agave angustifolia is a type of agave plant which is native to the Mexico & Central America.
It’s used basically to make mezcal & useful also as an ornamental plant, more particularly the cultivar 'Marginata'.
The plant is basically used for the production of agave nectar - known as a sweetener often used in food & drinks as a good natural substitute for sugar or honey.
Another good useful nature of the plant is that Fibres can easily be extracted from the leaves of this plant & used for rope, matting & coarse cloth.
It’s free to use stock photo at will.
