Rhodocactus grandifolius is a species of cactus native to eastern & southern Brazil.
Compared with all species in the genus Rhodocactus & unlike most cacti, it usually has persistent leaves.
It’s commonly grown as an ornamental plant & has naturalized outside its native range to global community.
