After a while we decided to go back to our voiceover meetings on Discord, to cover some important topics that are the order of the day on Steemit and in our community, such as the club5050 project that was our main topic that night.

Our fourth meeting took place yesterday, Monday, October 28, at 8 pm Venezuela time. This meeting exceeded our expectations with 25 attendees all active members of DraftCrearte.

As on another occasion, we began the meeting by thanking the attendees for taking the call. On this occasion, the topics covered were presented by the Creative Team, in collaboration with the administration and the moderators.
As I told you before, the Club5050 proposed by Steemit team was the main theme of the meeting, since many of the attendees had doubts about how to become a member. All questions were answered, emphasizing the importance of powering up 50% of the rewards obtained during 7 days, the correct use of the label club5050 so as not to abuse it.

• The ignition counts for any community since it is a general Steemit project with the intention of growing user accounts.
• The tag can be used on all posts as long as the user remains active increasing 50% of the earnings received on each post.
• It is not necessary to make an exclusive post showing the ignition, since this is a constant ignition post-post.
• When you turn on half of the rewards earned in a week, you can now use the tag.
• There are three ways to turn on 50% 75% 100% according to your ignition you will use the corresponding label # club5050 # club100 # club75.
• Power-up labels must be used within the first 4.
• If you use the power-on tags without having performed the corresponding power pu, the DraftCrearte team will mute your post until you edit it.
• At DraftCrearte we will focus only on 50% power percentages to place the badge on club members, said badge will be for the purpose of making a difference between members committed to increasing their voting power, so curators can easily identify them.

The second point aimed to encourage members to become proactive members of the community, indicating the characteristics of these members and the benefits they will receive.

• The most important characteristic of a proactive member is their desire to work as a team for the common good.
• Supporting with comments and votes on the publications of interest and those of your colleagues is an action that they must take.
• Participate in the programs, contests and challenges.
• Be focused on the mission and vision of the community to work together for its growth.

An idea came up that we consider important, if any member sees a post that breaks the rules or just makes a mistake, they have complete freedom to comment on that post, tagging a member of the DraftCrearte team.

Third point, to conclude, we talked about the importance of promoting the community outside of Steemit on social networks, directing their promotions to groups or communities related to DraftCrearte.

This meeting was very pleasant, more than two hours talking about growth issues, and without wanting to stop with so much enthusiasm on the part of the attendees. Many thanks to the creative team and all the moderators for the continued support.
