Talking about anger, maybe we should talk about ourselves. How can we manage our anger well, because if we manage our anger, of course it will have a good impact on the environment, on the people next to us, on the people on the street and so on.

Anger is actually not something bad. Emotions are not something bad, but when we can't control our emotions, that's what ends up being bad.

Remember my message at the beginning, anger is human, but uncontrolled anger is often inhumane. This means that there are thought patterns that we have to change, there are habits that we have to change. Even need what is called getokifikasi. Well, getok is the process of removing toxins. Well, sometimes in our lives we don't realize maybe there are toxins that have accumulated in our hearts. Thoughts, feelings, envy. Well, those toxins are what ultimately cause us to become easily emotional.

Well, if we talk about liver detox, how to remove those toxins, here I share experiences and learn together, how we can manage that anger. So often we as humans, our body is here, but our mind drifts to the past, worrying about the future for example. I train myself to body here, mind here. Realizing what I am thinking now, realizing what I am feeling now. And with that, I don't get angry easily, and I am grateful because by practicing like that, it can make me mentally healthy. Actually, what makes us angry is our ego, our arrogance. Because there is a side inside us that is ego. For example, there is an example, there is a moment of my writing, because I like writing. My writing is mocked by people. In reality, it is my writing that is mocked, my writing is what people bully, but my ego thinks that it is my whole self that is being mocked. So I am easily triggered to get angry. But by realizing that my writing is only a small part of me. Then why should I keep getting angry, only a small part is being mocked.

The most important thing is, it could be that it is not an external factor that is cursing us. Try to think about it, friends, it could be that we have been sadistic and cursing ourselves. So learn to be kind to yourself, so that we don't get angry at other people.
