Hi Everybody

Today I will share my lunch which is a beef tongue. Actually it is a beef tongue stew, but I took it home, not dined in the restaurant.

They separated the beef tongue from the stew soup, this was done to make sure the beef tongue would not be spoiling too quickly. This way this dish would maintain its quality and texture for a longer period.

Beef Tongue is a International dish, what I mean here that everywhere in this whole globe has their own beef tongue dish. Some might not like it, but some do like it very much.

I eat this beef tongue plainly, with some white rice and rarely have any side dish of vegetable. It is not because I do not like vegetable, I just like the dish eaten this way.
