Food Diary #021 | Ayam Rica Rica

Hello Friends

This is my food diary I have on Steemit and today I have Ayam Rica Rica as my lunch. If I recall correctly, I have this dish about 18 days ago. Anyway Ayam Rica-Rica is actually a fried chicken which stir-fried with some chilli paste. This is my Ayam Rica Rica Today:

However if you compare the fried chicken image I had 18 days ago with this one, there is a small different there. You can see how people make the chilli paste or the rica rica is a bit different. Basically they are the same, a fried chicken bathed in red paste, however the red paste, the chilli paste is different.

Today one is more spicy, you can see more chili seeds there. They use red chili pepper but not the same tipe of pepper. The taste is a bit different too, although overall the presentation is the same.
