The Blue Mosque ( the Sultan Ahmed Mosque ) in Istanbul, is an Ottoman-era historical mosque located in heart of Istanbul, Turkey. The mosque was constructed in the period between 1609 and 1617 which is considered as the period in which Sultan Ahmed ruled Turkey . The mosque is still in good till now .
