| 2 июня 2024 года мы с друзьями отмечали сразу два Дня рождения. Для этого радостного события мы собрались в московском ресторане «The бык» на Арбате. Я уже давно приметила эту сеть ресторанов, и мне хотелось там побывать. Поэтому я очень обрадовалась, что наши именинницы пригласили нас именно туда. | On June 2, 2024, my friends and I celebrated two birthdays at once. For this joyful event, we gathered at the Moscow restaurant “The Бык” on Arbat. I had noticed this chain of restaurants for a long time, and I wanted to visit there. Therefore, I was very glad that our birthday girls invited us there. |
| Наш обед мы начали с салатов. Их я и покажу. | We started our lunch with salads. |
| На всех мы взяли попробовать креветок в кляре. Они были сочные, отлично приготовленные. Нам всем очень понравился медово-горчичный соус, который подали к креветкам. | We all tried shrimp in batter. They were juicy and perfectly cooked. We all really enjoyed the honey mustard sauce that came with the shrimp. |
| Так как это мясной ресторан, я взяла салат с говяжьим языком и ореховым соусом. Нежный отлично приготовленный язык идеально сочетался с соусом и свежей зеленью. | Since this is a meat restaurant, I took a salad with beef tongue and nut sauce. The tender, perfectly cooked tongue paired perfectly with the sauce and fresh herbs. |
| Салат с баклажаном. Если он хорошо сделан, это беспроигрышный вариант. Для меня так и остается загадкой, как они делают эти хрустящие, но нежнейшие внутри баклажаны. Это очень вкусно. | Salad with eggplant. If it's done well, it's a win-win. It remains a mystery to me how they make these crispy but tender inside eggplants. This is delicious. |
| Салат с печеной тыквой и фетой. Сладковатая тыква интересно сочетается с соленым сыром. | Salad with baked pumpkin and feta. The sweetish pumpkin goes well with the salty cheese. |
| Витаминный салат из свежих овощей порадовал величиной порции и яркостью. | The vitamin salad made from fresh vegetables pleased me with the size of the portion and its brightness. |
