Hello, #steem lovers, especially who loves a #travel experience..

Water is a gift from God. Water is also a source of life for humans, animals, and plants. Even though God provided it for free, if there was too much water, it wouldn't be good for us. We may see puddles of water in front of the house as normal. However, if there is too much water like tsunami waves, floods, or reservoirs that burst, we will certainly experience great panic. I will tell you what I feel in this post.

In the past, I have experienced a major event in my life. I was hit by a Tsunami and was thrown and tossed around for about 2 hours in the tsunami rush. Feeling how enormous and terrifying it was for me, and likely nothing seemed to compare with it. Nevertheless, that's just a theory; I experienced it not because I did it, but because I was forced to be in that state. I won't tell you my story when Tsunami comes and after. Enough for me in the past.

As for this time, I would like to share with you my experience some time ago when I visited the Elo River in Magelang Sungai Elo. Having experienced a big tsunami, I have nothing to fear if invited to raft down this river. However, what I thought was incorrect. There are many happy and tense stories from the first rafting experience of my life.

I could hear the sound of water in this river so quietly when we used the safety equipment for rafting. I hadn't seen the river, but by hearing the sound of the water, I convinced myself it was normal and there was no need to worry. At the end of the day, we're just playing on a boat and following the flow of the river. Safety equipment has also been installed properly. We started this rafting activity by praying and taking pictures together and then we walked towards the Elo river for 20 minutes.

When you are closer to the river, you can hear the sound of water flowing, with no turbulence, and no banging. I think this is still normal. We boarded this rafting boat without hesitation and slowly made our way down this river. Then my comfort level began to be disturbed. The sound of the water in this river started getting louder and louder. The water was still flowing calmly when I crossed this river at the beginning, so it must have been an early stage. However, my grip on the rafting boat began to become tighter and tighter.

Here, our adrenaline begins to be tested, and how strong our hands are to hold and control it when needed. The safe stages have changed now, the rafting guide also starts giving signals to pedal left and right, pedaling backward to keep the boat from hitting something dangerous. His instructions signaled the current was getting stronger, the roar of the river was getting louder, and I was beginning to feel concerned. As if I was reminded of how I had to struggle to survive on the surface during the 2004 Tsunami in Aceh.

According to the rafting guide, this river is a safe place for beginners, and the playing time is quite long, as you will spend 2 hours on this river path for about 12 kilometers. The rafting equipment is also very high-quality and safe. You don't have to worry about falling into the water, the rafting guide will quickly pull you out of the water. Your buoy is also able to keep you on the water. Rafting is a very good sport since all its components are very good, and its professionalism and safety are what attract many people to it. safety.

However, when I saw some friends playing on the rafting boat and splashing water at each other, some of them took selfies and posed for photos once we were past the extreme currents. I started to enjoy it too and got rid of worry a tiny bit. A few of my earlier expressions have been replaced by the courage to pedal harder in the strong current. It's true, being with brave people will make you are brave too.

After this, you can see how I and my friends enjoy the swift current of the river, we often push each other into the river, then we help someone who falls and gets them back on the rafting boat. In reality, the rafting trip is stressful, but it is also fun and fulfilling. Some of the photos here show the situation. As this is my first rafting experience, I am happy and have a very positive feeling about it. Rafting on the Elo River is a wonderful experience. Thanks to my friends for this experience.
