soup and fufu
This is one of my favorite, I can repeat this soup almost every day, I was not brought up with it but since I discovered the benefit and the taste of this soup, It became my number one .
Preparation of this soup is very simple. Though it's needs through washing to remove the bitter taste.
The soup is called Editan soup. It is common among Akwaibomites here in Nigeria.
