Cold water swimming in Bude

I know the benefits of cold water swimming are amazing but I definitely haven’t gotten the courage for this yet. I can handle the plunge pool when I can skip right on into the sauna. I saw a swimmer out in January, in just a bathing suit in the outdoor pool in Bude today. I always think it must be even worse when you get out!
