I found this mystical little hub with a yoga centre, cafe and art gallery in the heart of nature.
It came recommended by a friend and I had to come and check it out. I did a beautiful yoga class overlooking the gorgeous Kent countryside and then had a look around at everything else they have. Most of it is in a video I’ll try and edit later!

They also have some gorgeous woodland walks and it a home to largest living tree in the Uk! Called the Seven Sisters. You can actually get married here and it has some platforms inside like a tree house.

They also have a wellness centre, an outdoor gym, sauna and plunge pool and a very cute woodland themed cafe with stunning views.
I got chatting with the guy about the huge kombucha bottle on the counter and he happily talked me through all his home made offerings from peach, to roibois etc I ended up choosing the lime, lime flower and lemon grass I think it was flavour and it was super nice it’s like healthy wine for us people who don’t drink.
