Greetings ma'am @aaliarubab and all the steemians in the house. I'm happy to be here today participating in this cooking contest organized here in this community. I'm a lover of food so when I saw the contest I couldn't resist participating and also learning from others who will share their delicious recipes with us.

From my kitchen, I'm going to prepare one of the simplest and most delicious meals here in Nigeria called Nigeria jellof rice. The meal has been in existence since before now and most people usually prepare it in their various homes even though everyone has his way of cooking rice in the end we come out with the same result called jellof rice.

Jellof rice serves as a very source of energy to the body system also it is very rich in manganese and high in carbs, it has a lot of nutrients that will help in keeping our immune system strong also it is very easy to digest.

Now let's get started with the cooking, before I share the steps with you all let me list out all the ingredients which I used in preparing my jello rice.
