I have seen beggars in my life, but this man was different, as he looked so careless that even when playing guitar, he was so unconcerned with what was going on around him. However, I knew by the look on Charles' face he needed help.

I knew people even in this advanced and rich country live a homeless life on the rail stations, in parks, or even in the old train compartments. On my way back from my visit, I saw he was still sitting there, although no more playing his guitar but counting the coins lying in front of him.
I could not stop myself from talking to him as he told me he had two little children, one under the age of seven and the other nine. He was married, and before playing guitar here he was a building worker, but his wife was a habitual boozer who took drugs and later landed in jail.
With his wife in jail and Charles having to take care of his two kids, there wasn’t any scope for him to go to work. Now his children were in care homes, and he was begging on the streets.
It had already been five months since Charles had begun his life in the streets when I met him. Incidentally, I recalled there was a vacancy in the farmhouse where our company supplied our dairy instruments. I asked the owner, and he said he would provide him with a job.
Charles started working at his farmhouse. The owner provided him with a place to live, and the farm owner provided him with other material things that he could use to raise his children. He agreed to send his kids to a nearby school so the kids were well-attended. Charles was thankful for his merciful act.
We all knew that we were dealing with a drug addict, a disappointed guy, and a homeless guy. Realizing that this might be the only way for Charles to escape this awful situation he had gone through in the past. Charles was grateful if not for the timely help that might have happened to his kids had he still begged at Parramatta station.
After about four months of living with my client, he got a call from his wife that she was about to be released from jail. My client said she could live there as he had trusted that she was a changed woman now.
I praise the farm owner; he let her in and helped organize and get her a job doing all in the name of humanity. Today, almost 12 years after this all started, and with the support to help in his battle against their pitiful life, Charles and his wife are living a decent life. One of his sons has graduated and is working in Weston Mall as an admin.
Charles' wife had been a smoker for a long time when she was sent to jail, but with the power of help and mercy, she quit and never looked back.
I believe all of this happened with God’s power and mercy and, of course, with the help of that kind farm owner. I believe that this incident was an absolute miracle right before my eyes.

I think the reason why most begs to look unkempt is because of what they are going through in their life which is so challenging. The reason why Charles might be looking so careless is the fact all he needs is money for survival food and not shelter such as clothes and a house. Most people beg just to feed. Thanks for the invite and good luck to you.

Terima kasih atas undangannya.
