Today we are going to talk about how I spent my weekend and participated, after two years due to the pandemic, in the medieval white wine festival of Soave a village, which I have often talked about, located in the province of Verona.
Durante questa tre giorni di festa è stato allestito un villaggio medievale da parte di un gruppo di persone che si occupa di queste rievocazioni storiche riportandoci indietro nel tempo.

These people do this with passion to keep history alive and also to make us understand how they lived in the Middle Ages.

I also had the opportunity to witness simulated fights that took place in medieval times right here in Soave, being a historical village and having its own castle.

Of course in the evenings I had fun dancing to music from the 80s and 90s because in fact an evening was organised with several DJs a youth thing let's say.

I also ate something at the wonderful kiosks where many good things were prepared to eat accompanied by the good wine that is produced here in Soave.

While I was eating, a knight on horseback also came in to give a small demonstration of how horses were handled in medieval times.

While the following day, I attended a demonstration by a group of historical flag wavers from a nearby village who carry on this tradition, also of medieval origin.
