Hello there I am super excited to hop onto this contest. This is my first time in this community and I'm glad I have gotten the opportunity to join the contest. As a nursing student I have a lot of things to share when it comes to school. I'm in my finale year now and I must say it's been a tough journey but worthwhile. As a student nurse looking at how stressful and difficult the courses where like I couldn't afford to fail in any but sit my ass done to study and manage my time well. Time management helped me plan all my activities in school very well and it saved me from time wasting. I was waking up very early in school around 3:30 or 4 o'clock everyday. This made me up and awake for the day's activity.

I was going to class early for class and made sure I was not late for class at any point. I was disciplined and focused when in school. I did study with my friends most a times and asked for help when ever I needed... I studied alot on my own to make sure I maintained good grades throughout my stay in school.

I loved extracurricular activities in school because I used those period to enjoy myself and have some break off my studies. I was a cheerleader who cheered people on during school gaming activities.

There are so many life lessons that school has taught me that will help me along my life's journey. These are a few nuggets I learned from school life:
TO BE CONTENT.
At school we shared rooms with other colleges of four. We had different individuals from different background. We had rich and poor students all in one room. But one thing I learned is to always be content with what I had regardless how small it was. I got to realize some student got their monies from indulging in unworthy stuffs. This made me understand that not all that glitters is good.

DISCIPLINE
School has taught me the act of discipline. It has taught me that nothing good comes on a silver platter but unless you work hard and smart for it. I worked really hard and disciplined my self in school to attain laurels in my academics. The act of discipline built me on as an individual to be assertive with every decision I make or may not make. Discipline got me winning

TIME MANAGEMENT
School has taught me some good life skill that will stay with me forever. Time they say is money. I judiciously use my time well at school which made me to meet up with deadlines on time.

TO Be Rescilient
When the going get thougher, I have learned to never give up but to fight forward to the finish line. At times the course becomes so difficult such that I felt like giving up. But I reflect on the end goal that taught me to get back up regardless the difficulty.

In class I was among the first 10 top students in class. It varies for every semester. But I was always at the top anytime. Because I work tirelessly to get for myself good grades and positions in class.
