Attack on Titan Episode 1 Review

Shingeki no Kyojin, also known as Attack on Titan, dates back 107 years to 845, when the events began. The giants, which were not known where they came from, suddenly appeared and began to slaughter humanity without any distinction. In the face of giants that do not act with any intelligence and whose sole purpose is only to kill people, the counterattaining of mankind has done nothing and humanity is in danger of extinction. The rest of the people saw fit to build 50-meter-tall walls and hide behind them. Walls were built in three intertwined circles and whose names were Sina, Rose and Maria from the inside out. While rich and important people settled in the innermost region, people began to live behind walls. Oceans, deserts, glaciers, in short, everywhere became the domain of giants, and over time these places became stories and fairy tales. And for 100 years, 845, no giant could cross the walls.

One day, when Eren is picking bushes with Mikasa, who lives with his family, something unexpected happens. A lightning bolt strikes, and suddenly, unlike other giants, a giant about 60 meters tall (the wall is 50 meters) appears. Unlike giants that usually look like humans, everyone is shocked when they look at the city of Shiganshina from the top of giant walls without skin. Moreover, with a kick, it knocks down the outer door, and before long the giants start to snop in. Anyone who survives the initial shock begins to flee for evacuation. Eren and Mikasa are shocked when they rush home. Eren's mother is trapped under the rubble, and a giant is nearby. Hannes at the garrison saves the children, but Eren's mother is fed to the giants. Thousands of people are killed in this unexpected attack, but Eren, Mikasa and their good friend Armin manage to evacuate. As if it wasn't enough for the city to fall, an armored giant suddenly appeared and knocked down the inner door, causing the giants to enter through Wall Maria. So The Wall Maria falls, and there are only two walls left to protect humanity. Eren, who has all kinds of feelings of fear, hatred and shock, takes an oath. It will eradicate all giants. And five years later, in 850, Eren, Mikasa and Armin completed their military training and become recruits.

The songs used in anime are marvellous.It makes you feel extremely much about the feelings of the characters in anime. As the chapters progress, increasing question marks evoke a sense of curiosity and force you to think constantly. The drawings of the anime are a little different from other animes.In the drawings of the first season, the outlines are a little thick, although it may seem strange to you at first, but you get used to it over time.

I'm sure Attack on titan will be one of the very rare experiences you can have in your life. I didn't want to go into too much detail to avoid spoilers. What I write is a summary of chapter one.
