Hope you all are good and doing well. As week 4 of engagement challenge contest has started and I couldn't take part in any contest organized by Colombia-Original. So I decided to take part in this contest. So it's my first publication to this comunity.
Like everyone I have many talents some are natural and many are produced and improved by the passage of time with practice. Some of my natural talents are singing, dress designing, teaching, a good player of chess.
I was naturally a good singer but I was shy so didn't participate at school etc in young age but at 8standard I participated in a compition and won it, after that compition I started to take part in different programs at school, college and then university. This improved my confidence level.
Second talent was stitching and dress designing. I was a good tailor at the age of 14. I designed many dresses from this age. My this talent make me popular in my family and people like my dress Choice and took advice from me before stitching. I used my talent as my business for some years too. I opened my boutique that was running good too but not now.
For this contest I'm going to share my cooking talent that was not naturally but it improved by practicing with the time. When I got married I didn't know how to cook but when I started cooking learning from others then I will able to cook, now alhumdulilah I I can make many recipes with perfection. I can make food for 50-60 people at a time. When I made food for my sister's mayyo no one believed that food is made by me not from a catering service.
I can make pakistan cousin perfectly, can bake many foods, can make Chinese and some Italian pizza and sandwiches. Actually this talent is because of family love so I have talent for that food that my family loved.

For today I'm going to share very simple, quick and delicious recipe of beef mince kabab. This simple recipe can be used as snacks, breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can made wraps, sandwiches and burgers with these kabab.
Let's start today's recipe
Ingredients
| Quantity | ingredients |
|---|---|
| Mince | 1kg |
| Galric ginger pate | 2tbsp |
| Chili powder | 1tbsp |
| Coriander seeds | 2tsp |
| Cumin seeds | 1tsp |
| Salt | As per taste |
| Black pepper | 1tsp |
| Onions chopped | 5tbsp |
| Coriander leaves chopped | 3_4tbsp |
| Green chillies chopped | 2-3tbsp |
| Egg | 1-2 |
| Oil | for frying |
Procedure
- Take 1kg mince of beef/Mutton, wash it properly and remove its excess water by putting it over Steve.

- Take out all spices according to the recipe and mixed with minced. Chopped all veggies and put it in mixture. Add 1-2egg in the mixture

- Mixed all ingredients properly and make Patti of equal sizes. Fry them in oil

- Delicious beef patties are ready to served

You are great cook. I followed many recipes shared by you. I also make these patties that you shared but we used corn starch in the mixture. Very yummy patties that can be used in burgers and sandwiches too. Best of luck 💕💕
