3 steps to make you braver

There is no doubt that developing courage is not easy, as there is a lot of fear circulating around us in the world. Rather, the media uses the "fear strategy" to increase the number of followers of the programs. The internet is also filled with hate. Social media is spreading a toxic culture that instills fear in the souls. So fear after all is logical, as our thinking becomes paralyzed with fear rather than taking a brave leap forward, according to Care2.

Despite all those obstacles, we can all be braver with some radical shifts in thought. Here are some of them
1 Embrace your fears
First, you should not be ashamed of your fears. On the contrary, when you are honest with yourself about your fears, it will be easier for you to overcome them. The advice is simply: Don't be too hard on yourself, and admit your fears so you can overcome them.
The first step to addressing fear "courageously" is to acknowledge it. Accept yourself for who you are, and stop trying to hide what you are afraid of.

  1. Practice self love
If you want to be brave and achieve what you want and believe in, it is important to love yourself. This means prioritizing your needs. But if you are tired and frustrated, where will you get that desired courage?

Drink plenty of water, eat nutritious foods, sleep well, and de-stress. Be kind to yourself, courage takes a lot of effort. Consider your basic needs so that you can be brave for yourself and others.

  1. Understand your strengths
Know that you have a tremendous amount of power and influence over the world. Something as simple as holding the door open for someone, or complimenting people can brighten their day.

Conversely, some of your negative individual behaviors can cause unhappiness to others. You don't need a lot of money, a big position or beauty to be influential in the world. You have incredible and untapped potential, and if you realize that and know that potential, it can give you the strength to stand tall to defend yourself and others when needed.content://com.android.chrome.FileProvider/images/screenshot/1652011518468295447605.jpg
