The Most Expensive Thing I have Purchased

The dress I am putting on is the most expensive thing I have purchased.

My friend's sister wedding was October last year 14th,, so I needed to sew new clothes for the wedding..

Normally, as per the last female of the House,, most of my bills are being paid by my parent and my elder sisters. But this time around, when I told them I needed money to sew new cloth for my friends sister wedding, they all were complaining of being broke. They weren't having money at that particular time. Though I was having money in my account, but I never wanted to use to it.

Three weeks to the wedding,, my older siblings were still complaining of not having Money,, so at this point, I was left with no option to use my personal money to sew the new cloth for the wedding.

I went to the fashion designer who was going to sew the cloth for me and I asked her how much it was going to cost me to sew the cloth, including her workmanship. She said everything including her workmanship was going to cost Nineteen thousand naira (19,000naira) only.

Because she is my friend, I pleaded with her and she agreed to collect seventeen thousand naira (17,000naira). So immediately I made the transfer and my cloth was ready few days before the wedding date.

I was so overwhelmed with Joy when I collected the cloth,, buying materials and sewing my own clothes for the first time really feels good. Infact, the dress is currently one of my favorites cloth and I value it a whole lot,, because I used my own personal money to sew it.
