Want a Fun, Simple, Quarantine Game for All Ages?

Growing up, I played this with my siblings. You must have at least two people to play. The game "operates" better if you have a larger "game board" for more than 3 players.

You need paper and a pen or pencil. And someone to draw a bunch of dots. :)

This was a 2 player game.

As you can see, you draw dots. On each player's turn they choose a dot to connect horizontally or vertically.

Eventually, you have to be more strategic. If you connect a dot that closes a square, place your initials in the box. Then you get a "one up" so to speak and can connect another line on that same turn. If that line closes a box too, initial it and you get to keep going until you reach a line that doesn't close a "box."

CE is me and as you can see I got slaughtered so there is definitely strategy required. It is fun in general but; if you're quarantined it can be a bit addictive.
