Warm regards and best wishes to each and everyone, it's a great pleasure to be here once again with you guys and welcome to my blog.

Today I will love to use this opportunity to discuss and also remind each and everyone of us of the need for us as farmers to join a government recognised co-operative societies.

As seasoned and experienced farmers, you all will agree with me that there is more to being a farmer than just clearing the bushes and planting seeds and crops, to be successful in this line of business a whole lot of things are involved, and some of these things are things that we can never or find it difficult to do on our own, hence the reason for joining a group.

At this point, l will love to share with you all just three major benefits that I have deprived for joining one of the government reconize farmers co-operative society in my state.

Access To Government Grants

As we all know, capital and finances plays a vital role in the success of any business, and as farmers we need money a whole lot of it if we are to make it at the end of the day. We this we can buy, rent or lease larger plots of farmlands for our agricultural purpose and this are things that may have take some years of hard work and savings to achieve on our own.

Opportunities To Attain Free Trainings And Seminars

As a member of a government reconize co-operative society, I have the opportunity to attend functions, trainings and seminars where agricultural experts and experienced farmers offer updated and first hand knowledge and information based on experiences with regards to agricultural matter, the best practices and how to solve some of the issues faced by farmers in their lines of business.

Access To High Quality Farming Materials

As a member of a co-operative society, I have the opportunity of receiving high quality products and materials from the government whenever possible. This materials include high quality seedlings, fertilisers and easy access to farm machinery which assist in working large farmlands. All these are services and materials that we may not be able to afford given the fact that they are very expensive.
