✅ What do you understand about job skills?

Without working skills, no one can do anything in this life, can't move his life forward and can't feed his family by working. Here I share what I understand about work efficiency।

✅What is the importance of job skills in your country?

In every country, job skills based on education are given importance. As much education as you acquire in your study life, you will advance such job skills, and if you have no good study skills and no good handwork skills, no one will give you job importance. But yes, there are some brokers who take bribes and hire incompetent people who harm society.

✅ Write about some skilled jobs in your country.

If we want to talk about some of the most skilled jobs in Bangladesh, first I will mention the official job because if you have a good, high-quality education, you can get a job in a good office, court, or government institution. Then, if he learns electrical and engineering, he gets good respect, gets a good job, and can live very happily and peacefully with his family. Currently, various professions have been launched in our country.

✅ I want to know about your skills. An employer in your country may find you know this skill, so tell them about your skill.

15 years ago today, my father died. I was 11 years old, and I had no employer, and no one employed me. My family suffered a lot. Then I worked as a general worker in a factory with a daily salary of 140 taka. Then a desire arose in my mind that I should learn some skills. Then I worked in the factory as a casual worker for a salary of 140 taka. I worked continuously for two years at night, and during the day I worked in a private car engine garage. After learning about that job, my life changed, and I started getting offers from different places for good work. From there, I am now doing a good job.

✅ Do you have some advice for Steemian friends to gain skills? Steemian friends can build skills by getting your suggestions.

I want to say one thing to my Steemian friends: after my father passed away, I have been struggling for 16 years in my life, and I have brought myself to a better place. I got married and bought a plot of land. I couldn't do any of these things if I didn't have the skills. Skill is everything to a person; if you don't have skill, no one will value you. When you cross 14–15–16, you need to learn some skills through practical work besides studies. So that even if you cannot do official work in the future, if you do not get the price of education, you can earn your living by doing manual work.
