Dance and have fun week 134 - El baile del cuadrado

Hola amigos de steemit, cómo están? En esta oportunidad quise compartir con ustedes un baile que realice con mi amiga @kaleortiz , muy divertido y alegre para bailar con niños, y la canción se llama “ el baile del cuadrado”, en este baile no tienes que ser un bailarin profesional ya que la música te dice todo , lo que tienes que hacer, la intención de este baile es pasarla bien y divertirse en familia con los más pequeños de la casa , y mi amiga @kaleortiz y yo quisimos compartir con ustedes esta dinámica tan divertida, como podrán observar la pasamos genial y esa era la intensión disfrutarlo y liberamos la hormona de la felicidad que es la serotonina, es la hormona que nos ayuda a estar bien, felices, relajados y estar positivos.
