RE: Multiresistente Keime - die größte Herausforderung für die Menschheit seit der Pest...
The real nightmare of the future of humankind are multiresistant bacteria and fungi, multiresistance will lead to mortality of infectious diseases similar to the preantibiotic era.
For example - Salmonella typhi infection than will have a mortality of more than 30 percent.
Clostridium difficile in multiresistant strains is deadly at around 15-20 percent with current best therapeutics.
When these therapeutics will not work anymore it will be horrifying.
Happy Eastern to you.
