Remembering the past and linking to it is an eternal nature in humans, but what some do not know is that relegation to the past and not living in the present and optimism for good in the future deprives us of the pleasure of life and the joy of anything in it. While there are many wonderful things in life, we cannot stop our lives for anything or someone, no matter how valuable it is.

Be sure that you were born alone, do not link your happiness, perhaps your life to things or people, you know our certainty that they will go someday.

Remember the wisdom that says “Look at the half-full part of the glass.” We all regret mistakes we made in the past or decisions we wish time could go back to, but if you search around you and in your hands, you will find many things that make you happy and deserve attention more than the past that will not return.
