There's an abandoned Disney palace in Portugal

Some people call it Disneyland of Sintra (city where it is located). Others prefer Disney Palace.

The building was built illegally by a businessman who came to be known as the king of microinformatics. After the bankruptcy, the place was left unattended and was gradually destroyed.

Since 2001, the building has undergone an execution process, which has caused the price of the property to drop from year to year. It was already worth five million euros, but now it can be purchased for 1.5 million.

On the Internet, the location passes in groups of fans from abandoned places.

The heated indoor pool (there are three more outside) was made with blue marble, which came from Venezuela. It is also possible to see a generously sized chair that came from China. Like the four statues that arrived from Italy. Or even the bird that “flew” from Brazil to Portugal. The house also has the largest marble columns built in Portugal and heated floors. The main house also has a safe hidden in the living room and a bunker that allows you to live safely in case of great danger. But these are not the only luxury details.

Carlos Manuel Maia Nogueira (the owner of the house) even asked Disneyland Paris for permission to recreate the existing palace in the French park. In addition to receiving a yes, he also received photos to help in the process.
