Kombucha

I love to drink sweet- sourish drinks. I was never into soda but a homemade drink will always make me happy and will always bring a huge smile to my face.

So like this, in August 2019 I brewed my first, own kombucha from scratch. Since then, I still feed it and take care of it and as a reward, I always get the best kombucha you can imagine. Usually, I drink it plain but sometimes I like to play with flavors as you can see in the picture below.

the good part of brewing your own drink is that you get all the benefits of it without losing properties while pasteurized. Kombucha is well known for its health benefits as improves digestion and heals your guts.
