@agiftoflove here, and I have to say your words are so true. So many times throughout my life I have surfed the ebbs and flows of motivation. Some morning I jump out of bed excited for what the day brings, and others I can hardly find the words to write.
Creating something, as you talk about, really helps to clear the mind and remind us how to get into that flow.
