Good day fellow Steemains, I hope everybody is doing well by the grace of God. It's a pleasure to come your way once again and to draw your attention to few things that we ought to do so that the new Ghana community that we all aspire to grow will take its rightful position.
Fellow Steemains, I am sure that you are all aware of this saying that "a journey with a thousand miles begins with a step" and whilst the step has been taken there are few things that we have to do to enable us reach our final destination.
These few things when we commit ourselves to ensuring that it is done it will provide us the opportunity to meet the whales 🐋 and the creators for their support. These are ensuring the we provide quality post, participate in contest, power up more and last not least is vote and coment on posts that come to the community.

1 Writing of Quality Post

A quality post is one that the reader enjoys reading and would want read it again and again. Whatever content being churned out there should have some value and great amount of time put into it to ensure that the reader reads it again.
A quality post is the one that is devoid of any plagiarism and has the appropriate references and correct citation of source. The use of appropriate markdowns also add to making a quality post.

Pictures should be of high quality and not any blurred ones. Little or no grammatical errors and little or no spelling mistakes. This is to say that when greater amount of time is put into writing of a posts it is embodied with all the above-mentioned qualities and that is termed as a quality post.

2 Participate in Contest

The Steem Ecosystem thrives on on member engagements and that administrators and country reps will try as much as they can to engage members through contests and other things. So it is our responsibility as members in the community to all the time participate in whatever contest that would be organised in the community.

That way proper engagement of member participation would be observed. Participating in context also afforded members opportunity to earn some tokens in their wallet. This is because at the end of the contest winners will be selected and awarded. We are urging all member to participate when any contests are oppened.

3 More Power Up

The beginning of this new chapter of steem in Ghana behold on us a responsibility that is ensuring we are able to support ourselves before any external support. With this being said it is important that every amount of steam that will get must be powered up.

This will help us to curate for new members that will come in the community and also sustain the Steem eco-system. We are encouraging you to power up whatever amount of steam that you get from contests from your post or as a gift so that we will be self-reliant.

4 Vote and Make Comments

The last but not least to talk about it's very very important. As we begin this new community we should endeavour to vote and make a meaningful comments on all post and as a result will inpire members to continue to write more.

Should you identify anythings that can be corrected on a member post it should be done in a more professional way and it will not create any problem or kill the Spirit of that individual.
There are several ways of addressing an issue.

Fellow Steemains if we are able to ensure that these things are done well then the community that we all aspire to achieve would really be a successful one. Thank you for your time and everything

As a new community the most important thing you need to do is build up the voting power of your community account so that you can give support to members of your community.

Getting to 25K SP would be a good first target.

You can do this by getting Steem Power delegated to the community account, or even better still, by buying STEEM on exchanges and powering it up.

That will show you are fully committed to your community, and not just waiting for steemcurator or booming votes.

You also need to ensure all the keys to the community account are held by at least three members of the community management team. Make a public statement with the full details of the key holders.

And also make sure you fully moderate and comment on every post in your community within 24 hours - checking properly for plagiarism, steem-exclusivity, bidbot use and club status.

Good luck with your community.

Sir/ ma'am great to see the guidelines you shared to build a healthy Community and platform.

It is now become necessary besides contest to grow healthy Communities with some hard working and honest people who really wants to work here for long term and not like a visitor.

I would also request you to visit our community and guide us too.
I shared a post where I explained every detail about our community keys.

I want to see steemit on the top in terms of discipline, transparency and honesty.

Because when we start thinking about the growth of the platform, not only about our self-interest then this difference could be made and we can build a healthy platform.

Greetings sir @steemcurator01, we are doing our very best to talk to members who have stopped steeming to come back again. Situations aren't that rosy here, but we are trying. We will do our very best to help sustain the community through series of accumulated delegations. We will need you with us in these difficult times and we promise fervently not to disappoint this distinguished community. Plans are underway to bring on deck activities that will keep this community up to its heels. I am very much aware of the power downs of some leaders and members but with time things will get better again since they have put on strong shoes again. let us be optimistic for a blessed tomorrow with steem. With love, @juzkid CR Ghana 🇬🇭

Which is your community?

We are getting rather confused by the ever growing number of India communities.

Sir/ma'am I informed you earlier that after steem India I created a community related to art and culture.

Here is the link:- Incredible India

Sir/ma'am, I have taken your permission for the same and you informed me I can go ahead if I have enough support.

So, I am trying hard to build a community and also shared all keys among five people. I also shared post related to the same.

I mentioned earlier that sir/ma'am, I believe in transparency, honesty and hard work and when I didn't find the same in earlier community; then I created a place where people can sustain for long term.

If I would die(as I am a human being) then also there would be several other honest people would be there to run the community with the same efforts.

I believe sir/ ma'am I able to justify my point.

@sduttaskitchen

Hello respected Steemit team,

I want to talk to you on some important things. I never want to ask for it but the Pakistani users are continuously messaging me to ask for that. Actually, there is no active CR as well from our country and also steemit pakistan community has active booming support so the users from pakistan are worried for this situation. So, please guide me how can I motivate them to keep them creating quality content on the platform.

Also, we want to expand the themes of our community, Steem4Bloggers, and also make additions of some themes like The Diary Game, Town in 10 Pics, arts, etc. This is because most of the Pakistani users are good dairy game writers. So, we also need your guidance in this matter.

Whole Pakistani community needs serious patching up.

As for Steemit Pakistan, it has stopped making sense to me so I backed out. This is the reason people are not getting booming votes. Besides there are only a few authentic users so it's hard to find 8 links on daily basis and without repeating same users more than twice a week. And I'm really sorry I can't nominate suspicious users just to fill up the daily booming quota.

It's a matter of time until the booming support is revoked as the community is going off track, not following the ST's terms.

I feel bad for few good authors. But I'm sure they will find their way because they don't need a community to rise.

P.S. Good luck with your community.

Yes, that's due to a couple of reasons. First being the lack of 'good authors' from the Pakistani community. There are only a few authors which can be considered as good at the moment. I oftenly read posts in Steemit Pakistan and trust me, only a few posts deserve to be called good.

Secondly, the lack of support for good Pakistani authors has declined drastically over the past few months. Even if for a second we keep aside the curation support from the Steemit team, there was a rather surprising approach from the ST towards unique Pakistani authors including me. There are a lot of users who look up to us, so I think it has disheartened them a bit as well

Anyway, I'm noticing that you're doing good work. Hope you get the support for your community.

:)

Yes brother, I am also experiencing the same, many users are contacting me and sharing their problems. Also, I agree with you on adding the themes like diary games and pics of town. It will surely add worth to our community. I hope that we will get good suggestions from the team.

#steem-on

Excelente iniciativa hermano, ojalá que se puedan agregar estos temas a la comunidad para su crecimiento y fortalecimiento. Bendiciones 🙏

You have a point here my friend, i can see you care much about your people in pakistan, i hope the team looks into the problems in your country. I wish you the best and continue encouraging them please

I feel sorry for the situation of your country. I hope something can be done about it

About adding themes like thediarygame, mytown10pics, arts amongst others to our dearest community @Steem4Bloggers will really be great as we will begin receiving massive contents in our community. Besides that, adding booming support will also boost the growth of our community as so many people will always strive to post their blog in our dearest community

Let's hope for the best to come and let's #steem-on

I am sure my friend if people like you run a community then that community will be worthy of trust. If there is any kind of help from my side then definitely remember I like to work with the right people.

You are also doing a fabulous job my friend and performing your responsibilities following the right path.
I only want to give every indian a secure place because being a tenure blogger I understand several needs a transparent community.

We will ensure just that, Sir

The main aim of steemit is to get quality posts everyday in the platforms. An account that does not vote or comment on others posts is a dead account. Thank you for sharing with us

Quality post, voting and commenting build up a community. Please let us join in hands and participate in every contest that the administrators will bring. We thank you very much for giving us such an information.

Power ups and staying engaging is the reason for the outstanding steemian initiative. We encourage all and sundry to join in order to make the community a better place. Thank you for your time sharing with us

This is an excellent way of putting up and ensuring that we grow together us a community. I strongly believe with the advice from the leaders, we will surely get to the top. As suggested by curator01 we should get things going and make it a better place to be at.

Delegation post to the community should be made and show for members to delegate in other to increase the SP of the amazing Ghana community.

Greetings to us all.
