A very simple and effective skin care routine for everyone.
After seeing all the well grown Aloe vera plants in the garden, I remembered that Aloe vera is really good for skin and must give a treat to my face which was sun burned and full of acnes because of the exam stress by then.
Speeding up the wound healing, healing sun burns, rashes and acnes, moisturizing the skin, reduce wrinkles and making the skin flexible are the boons of Aloe vera on skin. Of course there can't be any bane on skin from a plant which contains 98% water, vitamin A,C,E and B12. Instead of coating piece by piece of leaves directly on face daily, what I really wanted to have was an easy way. So I decided to make Aloe Vera ice cubes and here I present to you all how I made them so simply.
STEP 1- Washing the leaves.
STEP 2- Remove the thorns on both sides.
STEP 3- Cut the leaves into small pieces and soak those for 30mins. Soaking helps to separate the gel from peels easily.
STEP 4- Open the pieces from one side and separate the gel by fingers.
STEP 5- Blender the gel pieces.
STEP 6- Pour the liquid in to ice tray and let it freeze.
STEP 7- Coat an ice cube on your skin but don't necessary to coat an whole cube. When the skin surface you want is fully wet, put the left over cube in the fridge to reuse.
Pretty sure that rubbing an Aloe vera ice cube on your face after a long busy day will sooth you😇.
Wow. Should try this at home.
Let me know the results😇.
Great💚
Thnx😇.
